National Shipping. 21 business days, 200.00 MXN. Free shipping on orders over 2,500.00 MXN.
International Shipping: 21 business days, MXN 800.00. For international shipments, we do not cover taxes or customs duties imposed by each country at the time of import. Customs policies vary from country to country, so we cannot predict the exact amount. Any taxes related to the purchase are the customer's responsibility. EXCHANGES OR RETURNS
You have 14 business days to request an exchange or return, starting from the date your package is delivered to your address. Exchanges or returns must be authorized by Elisheva & Constance. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unaltered, with its original packaging and tags intact. You must have proof of purchase to process the exchange. We do not offer cash refunds. Elisheva & Constance will credit your refund to be used for an exchange. Shipping costs for any exchange or return are the customer's responsibility. We do not offer refunds.

GUARANTEES
One-year warranty against any manufacturing defects. You must keep your proof of purchase to validate the warranty. Depending on your location, the delivery time for the part will vary. Once we receive it, we will inspect it to validate the warranty.
The proper care of the piece depends on its maintenance and the skin's pH balance. Any replacement or maintenance of our pieces will incur a cost. If any piece requires maintenance or repair, please contact the person in charge at e.and.c@me.com
TAKE CARE OF YOUR JEWELRY
Avoid contact with abrasive substances that can damage the piece, such as perfumes, chlorine, alcohol, cosmetics, creams, detergents, metals, etc.
For cleaning, it is recommended to rub the piece with a cloth after each use, and for occasional deeper cleaning use warm water and neutral soap or baking soda, use a soft bristle brush and dry with a soft cloth or chamois.
Do not expose them to sudden temperature changes and avoid contact with moisture.
Do not do sports activities while wearing them.
Store them individually in their cases, not airtight.
If you use a jewelry box, make sure the pieces are in separate compartments.
